operated by BIGBOY (PVT) Limited.

IF you are intending to provide services as the Driver and/or service provider though the SAWARI

DRIVER App which is hereinaer called and referred to as the App you should read this policy statement

/ agreement and accept the terms and condions set out hereto. You shall also agree to provide the App

with condenal informaon where some of which will be used by the clients Adversers and the

Owners while using the App in certain levels while using the App.

• Denions:

“Owner” means the said BIGBOY (PVT) Limited is successor assigns and administrators

“APP” means the SAWARI DRIVER App and its updates which is a digital plaorm for providing services.

“Website” means the said SAWARI.LK web site

“TAXI service providers” means a person or a company who expressly agrees to provide transport, to

the clients who are using the App by having valid license of Driving light and/or heavy vehicles Riding

license and having a vehicle owned or assign to him lawfully.

“Adverser” is means and include a person who adversed on the App subject to terms and condions

laid down by the Owner of the App.

“Client” means and include a person the App user will be ulizing the SAWARI DRIVER App to obtain the

services for his personal and or for use for third party by log on to the App.

• Condenal Informaon.

• Please note that you should submit the requested informaon by the App before you act as

Driver/ Service Provider under this App. Unless otherwise those informaon is provided you

will not be able to operate and/or acvate or connue with the App.

• The Driver shall provide with informaon to the App which informaon will be used on the App

while providing services which will be set out here of.

• The informaon will be used as necessary by the App and provide the clients with informaon

which the clients enable to use the App smoothly eciently and eectually.

• Name of the Driver.

• The Driver who intended to register with the App shall provide the Owner with his/her full

name.

• To prove ones the name the Driver shall provide the Owner with valid idencaon document

and a valid driver license. Such details shall be uploaded with this App aer you accept this

agreement.

• Such Driver shall use idened “ name” to be appear in the App which will be idened in this

App when you are providing with services to clients. Such name should be provided by the

Driver on acceptance of this agreement.

• Drivers Email Address

• The You shall provide the App with a valid and acve Email Address.

• The App use the email address to send you all informaon regarding the performance details

further informaon and personalizaon and the promoons rewards which will be provided by

the App as well by the adversers.

• Mobile number

• The Driver shall provide mobile number. The App shall use the mobile number to direct services

to you.

• The App shall send the promoons and personalizaon. Send promoons and SMS vericaon

codes to the given mobile number.

• We shall handover your mobile number to third pares on

[a]. emergency situaons and in case of you cannot be located on our App /Map while using the

App;

[b]. emergency services and police in case of a criminal acvies which had arisen while using

the App and in case of an accident;

[c]. in case of locang lost goods of a client which accidently le on the vehicle and to locate

such goods

• Other than that in all the mes you are free to use the phone number related to the App to

contact the clients and we shall not provide your personal mobile number to third pares.

• locaon:

• The App shall always use the device locaon of the Driver while using the App. The Driver shall

keep is Global Posioning Satellite -GPS locaon service acve all mes while providing the

services.

• Under no condion the Driver shall switch o disconnect the GPS locaon while providing

services. If the Driver do so the Owner shall take necessary acon against such driver therefore

the driver shall not state baery failure or data limitaons as the excuses for not been visible on

the App.

• Aer the App veried the Drivers locaon the App will send it to the driver's current locaon

and send it to the client side when such service was accepted by the Driver the App shall send

the customer locaon to indicate it in the driver's side to meet the client.

• The Driver shall update soware on his /her device on locaon shall not have any compability

problem or issues with the detecon by the App.

• Photos

• The Driver shall submit a photograph of himself and his vehicle for idencaon on the App.

The said photograph should be real not photographs which are AI generated but limited edited

photographs are permied.

• The Driver shall give full access to his photo gallery to the App and shall not restrict it in any

manner.

• The Driver shall give consent to the App to use his image and the image of vehicle to use on the

App all mes and Driver shall not change it without the consent of the App.

• If the Driver provides wrong image which is not belong to him or AI generated image of himself

and his vehicle the App shall consider that the Driver had violated the terms hereof and entled

to terminate any agreement with the Owner and recognize as a driver on this app and

terminate the service contract with the Driver forthwith.

• Device ID:

• The Driver shall provide the Device ID to the App all mes while providing the services. If he

changes the devices he shall inform such to the App.

• The App shall use rebase FCM token from the device for account personalizaon and send the

nocaons including rides and promoons.

• In case of his device is stolen or lost and cannot be located he shall contact the Owner on the

hotline and inform the situaon and shall prevent impersonator or third pares from using his

device and image forthwith.

• Condenality

• The App shall keep the informaon provided by the Driver condently all mes.

• The App shall provide the informaon of the Drivers needed by the third pares on the App as

well as on adversing and promoonal purposes and the Driver shall give consent without any

objecons.

• The App may provide informaon to the Courts of Law if requested by the Courts.
